What You Will Be Doing


  • Reviewing customer accounts to validate their software licenses or payment history
  • Creating invoices, quotes and orders in our work tracking system
  • Processing customer orders and returns (RMA)


What You Won’t Be Doing


  • Making sales
  • Interfacing directly with customers


Sales Support Specialist Key Responsibilities


  • Supporting operations across multiple time zones
  • Processing transactions efficiently and accurately


Basic Requirements


  • Previous experience in an operations role
  • Ability to commit to 40 hours of work during standard core business hours within any assigned region
  • Ability to support various time zones globally during regional core business hours
  • 2+ years of experience working with Google and Microsoft applications such as Google Docs, Google Drives, Google Sheets, NetSuite, or other similar applications

Working with Crossover


This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $15 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
