Sales Analyst Jobs

We are currently seeking a Sales Analyst. This position will be based in Kelowna, BC office with some travel requirements. Overview: The position will be responsible for providing data driven insights on customer, sales, and products dynamics to senior sales leadership. Additionally, this position will monitor overarching market trends and conditions and create materials to best communicate these to the broader organization. Responsibilities:
Sales Analytics

• Be a market authority – understand the products, customers and market factors
• Develop and maintain the best business practices
• Provide data analysis to identify areas of strength or weakness in product performance
• Build an analytical framework maximizing data across multiple source systems including ERP/data warehouse, CRM, ZoomInfo, Google, and other 3rd party data.
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to understand their analytic requirements and develop metrics, reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to give them deeper visibility into their business objectives/needs.
• Work in conjunction with Sales Leadership on Salesforce training, sales tools, and sales processes, CRM compliance, and field program development.
• Support marketing and product management programs’ analytical and systems data needs.
• Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other tasks
• Understand business process management and business requirements of the customers and be able to translate to BRDs, data mapping specs, and build business cases
• Consolidates redundant reporting and ensures that information is used consistently and efficiently across the company.
• Review customer metrics in real time

Training & Continuous Improvement

• Assist with training of new users. Present easy to understand data with accurate documentation for successful user adoption.
• Promotes EBS concepts, principles, and practices to assist in achieving policy deployment and strategic plan objectives.

Skills And Qualifications

• Outstanding digital literacy to include IFS, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to write clear and concise correspondence.
• Ability to prepare and to professionally give presentations to group audiences.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to enhance effectiveness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, be a self-starter.
• Travel approximately 10% of time to trade shows, customer visits and industry seminars/event
• Good problem solver.
• Experience in account management
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in natural gas or transportation applications.
