Experience working with and analyzing large quantities of structured and unstructured data

Experience with making evidence-based decisions to inform

Experience working with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software, such as ESRI ArcMap and/or ArcGIS Pro

As directed, create analysis presentations to support CSBI projects.

Provide data and analysis in support of Acosta CSBI initiatives and projects.

Communicate with Acosta CSBI project directors and Acosta sales associates on status of projects.

Participate and support the development of new Acosta CSBI tools and systems.

· Be involved in key strategic projects by aligning data requirements with business needs and execution.

· Liaise with other departments to enhance knowledge of business products, system functionality and data quality.

· Problem-solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail

· Earned experience working in the utility or billing industry, considered an asset

· Experience working with CRM, namely ZOHO One, considered an asset

· Meet on a weekly basis with the sales team to share progress and updates.

· BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance/Operations Management, or related fields

· Excellent relationship management and communication skills

· Best-in-class analytical, quantitative and organization skills

· CPG or Food Manufacturing experience preferred

Produce analytical intelligence products on current and emerging issues, with a nexus to Canada, in response to requirements established by management.

Provide analysis to support the achievement of defined analytical requirements.

Relevant experience is defined as:

Experience performing research and analysis and/or drafting written documents on one of the following: defence, intelligence, global affairs, policing.

Deep knowledge of the competition and strong experience in market analysis

Skills at creating impactful data visualizations, slides, and documents for a variety of audiences

At least 5 years experience in Edtech, and 2 years experience in competitive intelligence

Previous experience in writing and presenting tactical recommendations and/or intelligence briefings is preferred.

Gathering open source intelligence (OSINT), using advanced and appropriate methods.

Leveraging technical tools to conduct proactive intelligence-collection relating to investment-related misconduct.

Producing and presenting written and oral reports and recommendations on active investigations and proactive intelligence priorities.

Preparing comprehensive analytical packages, briefs and assessments of timely securities issues.

Excellent time management and organizational skills to enhance effectiveness.

Support marketing and product management programs’ analytical and systems data needs.

3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in natural gas or transportation applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to write clear and concise correspondence.

Consolidates redundant reporting and ensures that information is used consistently and efficiently across the company.

Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other tasks

Experience with cutting edge information analysis tools and methodologies applied to patent, scientific, technical and business information;

3-5 years related business experience within the CPG industry; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Create and manage reporting related to all sales and inventory metrics for optimal decision-making purposes - weekly, monthly and annually.

Manage in-stock and other key Revlon and customer KPI’s.

Knowledge of Retail Link, MicroStrategy and SAP systems are an asset.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to be proactive and anticipate job requirements; takes ownership to resolve issues.

Experience working in an analytic or category management role with Amazon and other digital retailers (i.e., Walmart, Loblaws and/or Viola)

Provides input to support Trade Spend management
