About Hadrian
Hadrian is a business unit of Zurn and a worldwide supplier of quality toilet partition and locker products. Hadrian was the first manufacturer to powder coat toilet partitions and has continued to embrace new technologies and materials in order to offer architects, designers and end-users more flexibility in design. Hadrian’s wide range of toilet partition products includes; powder coated metal, stainless steel, embossed stainless steel, and solid plastic. Lockers are available in Emperor (corridor), Gladiator (athletic) and replacement front styles.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Sales Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical insights and supporting the sales team with data-driven strategies and recommendations. Your primary focus will be on analyzing market trends, identifying sales opportunities, and optimizing sales performance.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and customer conversion rates.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate sales performance, trends, and recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to align sales initiatives and optimize overall business performance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape (e.g., Regional pricing environment).
  • Gather and analyze sales data to assess performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing sales forecasts and budgeting plans based on historical data and market insights.
  • Support sales team members by providing data-driven insights, sales tools, and relevant market information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets, customer segments, and strategic sales approaches.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to provide proactive recommendations for business growth.
Qualifications
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes, industrial markets, and key sales metrics is a plus.
