Work with the Transactional and Projects Forecast Leaders to consolidate the Country forecast.

Work with North American (NAM) forecasting teams analyze the demand forecast.

Provide Gap analysis for both orders and sales.

Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate sales performance, trends, and recommendations to management.

Monitor and evaluate sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and customer conversion rates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to align sales initiatives and optimize overall business performance.

Create and manage reporting related to all sales and inventory metrics for optimal decision-making purposes - weekly, monthly and annually.

Manage in-stock and other key Revlon and customer KPI’s.

Knowledge of Retail Link, MicroStrategy and SAP systems are an asset.

Demonstrated ability to be proactive and anticipate job requirements; takes ownership to resolve issues.

Proximity with senior management and openness to new ideas

Develop and manage various reports using various software platforms including but not limited to SAP, Longview, BI, BMR, and BW.

Enrolled in a professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA) or equivalent experience (preferred)

Working knowledge of systems would be an asset

Strong knowledge of forecasting principles and a passion for consumer products & retail

Demonstrated experience managing the priorities and work of others

Strong analytical skills with an understanding of cause & effect impacts

Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear & concise explanations and establish consensus

Education in data science, data management, and statistical analysis are an asset

Prepare ad hoc reports and other internal administrative requirements such as new item forms, item maintenance, and customer maintenance as required.
