We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Expert to join our dynamic digital marketing company. As a Digital Sales Expert, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maximizing sales opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1.Business Development:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Pitch digital marketing solutions and services to prospects, highlighting the value and benefits they can gain.
2.Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their business objectives, challenges, and marketing needs.
Provide strategic recommendations and insights based on client goals and industry best practices.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with company goals to achieve revenue targets.
Identify target markets, segments, and industries to focus on, and create sales plans accordingly.
Leverage your expertise in digital marketing to deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
4.Consultative Selling:
Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospects and clients to understand their pain points and objectives.
Provide expert advice and guidance on digital marketing strategies and tactics that align with client goals. Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs and budgets of clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in digital sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Travel: Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel within Metro Vancouver as needed for sales and client meets.
Gas Compensation will be provided separately.
