Project Manager - Project Manager - Pre-Con Sales Management

Job Summary

The Project Manager manages multiple pre-construction projects through all stages of the sell cycle within the Harbour Marketing portfolio. The project manager is responsible for overseeing various tasks, they also work with the president, VP of Marketing to develop and execute sales targets, set tempo targets, and achieve sales.

This role will build, lead and develop a talented, high-performance team with a “hands-on” and entrepreneurial mind-set to deliver innovative, market-driven results in a timely and efficient manner.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and lead sales team with lead generation, nurturing, conversion, closing, sales contract administration, and ongoing customer service
• Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, tracking of sales and marketing trends, advertising campaigns, and marketing promotional events for the pre-construction projects.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents & clients
• Provide direction and guidance to the Site Administrator, as required, regarding office set up
• Generate ideas and strategies for projects and internal processes that better enable the organization to achieve its goals.
• Liaise with the deal processing system provider to ensure that all required materials are provided
• Positively guiding the Sales Team to successfully achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Sales reporting and distribution of various sales reports for internal and external purpose
• Overseeing all deals executed by the Sales Team

REQUIRED SKILLS & APTITUDES:

• Computer savvy with Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), and Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite and cloud platform storage systems
• Exceptional oral and written presentation skills to facilitate internal communication and being the “external face” of the company.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and at the same time, in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with market sales management platforms such as: (Blackline, Spark, Sale Fish)
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple duties concurrently with frequently changing priorities and deadlines.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pre construction sales project management
• Strong proficiency in deal processing and CRM systems

ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communication, real estate, or equivalent.
• Post-graduate degree in marketing or related field would be an asset.
