In the Co-op Project Management role you are responsible for assisting the Special Projects team in gathering and analyzing data, identifying business needs, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand their requirements and help translate them into actionable solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support decision-making processes.
  • Document existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting process enhancements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, challenges, and goals. Conduct surveys to gather information.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that drive business growth and improved processes.
  • Assist in the tracking of Compliance across the organization.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and document clear and concise business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with Special Projects and cross functional teams to design and prototype solutions that address identified business needs and requirements.
  • All other duties as periodically assigned.


What you need to succeed:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to details and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
  • Familiarity with business analysis, methodologies, such as requirements elicitation, process mapping, and solution design.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
