Previous experience managing or supporting Wealth Management projects (i.e. PM, Tech Roles, Business Roles, etc)

Advanced knowledge of change, issue, and risk management and working knowledge of Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies

Project/Program Management certifications (e.g. PMP and/or PgMP)

Effectively manage IT project deliverables on a large Reporting Wealth Program

Oversee financials and staffing levels to efficiently meet project delivery requirements and tracks value for effective decision-making

Proven experience managing large scale Reporting projects and their integration with applications in a Financial Institution

Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification

IT Project Manager will be managing and supporting Information Technology and Cybersecurity projects

Less than years of technical experience

Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design and practical implementation of IT solutions

Experience in the health solutions industry

Strong negotiation skills, and relationship management capabilities.

Demonstrated issues management experience relating to a highly regulated sector(s), including pharmaceutical or life sciences, is strongly preferred.

Serve as project management lead on key initiatives, including scheduling meetings/roundtables, managing key initiative timelines, expectations, and deliverables relating to project.

3-5+ years of external affairs experience, including public affairs, advocacy, and government relations, ideally provincial/territorial or federally focused.

Knowledge of and demonstrated success with both legislative and department-level (public service/agencies) advocacy.

Strong written and oral communications skills, including the ability to prepare and present topics to larger audience.

Experience in project management – with various stakeholders.

Understands the principles of change management and experience in anticipating the need for change and monitor change activities.

Manage the design, development, and successful completion of collaborative, team-based projects from end-to-end.

Demonstrated experience working with healthcare professionals /or in a healthcare of social services settings.

7+ years of progressive and varied experience in a similar position.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in the securities and banking industry including success in a wealth management advice and sales role

Partners with Branch Managers to increase Wealth Management penetration amongst Gulf & Fraser’s membership.

Leads and/or participates in Gulf & Fraser sponsored educational seminars and information sessions.

MFDA and IIROC compliance experience is an asset

Completion of Branch Compliance Manager Program, Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices would all be assets

Demonstrated experience managing a sales team

Project Management Professional certification (PMP) or Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) ideal

5+ years of experience in project management

Manage the hiring/onboarding, ongoing coaching, performance management, growth, and development, etc. of team members

Determine specific resource / skills requirements based on needs

Enable teams to be successful by providing necessary tools, coaching, change management and other support services

A seasoned risk professional with 4 - 5 years of risk management, operations, finance and/or audit experience

Support/ deliver to facilitate the effective implementation of an operational risk framework across the Global Wealth and Asset Management segment

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to build effective working relationships to drive results

Ability to independently manage multiple, conflicting priorities and deliver a quality result within tight deadlines

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with others to implement new solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to articulate complex technical issues

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pre construction sales project management

Strong time management and problem-solving skills

Strong proficiency with market sales management platforms such as: (Blackline, Spark, Sale Fish)

Exceptional oral and written presentation skills to facilitate internal communication and being the “external face” of the company.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple duties concurrently with frequently changing priorities and deadlines.

Build and lead sales team with lead generation, nurturing, conversion, closing, sales contract administration, and ongoing customer service

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
