Overview:

TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is a company who is a provider of banking and financial services. The company operates through two divisions, Retail Banking and Services, and Corporate and Institutional Banking

• The position is critical to deliver the Commuter Tracking project (Project Management, Functional analysis, IT Governance) and other HR IT initiatives.

:

• The role will encompass manage Business Relationship Management with IT Stakeholders, delivery planning as PM/Lead BA as per Agile method expectations, manage the vendor by monitoring and following up on key deliverables, transition to payroll team for payroll processing and also manage internal developments for the on-premise application.
• The PM/BA position is critical to sustain delivery of Commuter Tracking Project to conform to states tax withholding requirements on employee pay.
• Other responsibilities include managing operating status updates/SteerCo meetings, work sessions with HR, Payroll and Tax teams as well as Key IT contacts and the selected vendor.
