About This Opportunity:


We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our Content Product Line. We are looking for someone who is passionate about products, sales, and customers. Someone who truly believes in the impact creating a culture of learning has on an organization's success. This is a highly visible role at Docebo and we are looking for someone that is able to engage, influence and motivate teams across the business.


Reports to: VP of Brand and Solutions Marketing


Location: Ottawa (Hybrid)


Responsibilities:


  • Partner closely with product management on setting the product strategy for Docebo Content
  • Be a thought leader both internally and externally, including speaking engagements, customer advisory boards, webinars, events, and analyst briefings.
  • Work closely with sales participating in client-facing meetings and internal deal strategy support.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop high-impact awareness and lead generation programs.
  • Own your product - from positioning and pricing to defining the KPIs; monitoring performance; and driving adoption.
  • Create value-based product collateral and campaigns in the language of our customers; including sales collateral, website, webinars, in-app messaging, product videos, community posts, and ebooks
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and services
  • Be creative, and do what it takes to make your product succeed!
  • Be the expert in market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape


Requirements:


  • A deep understanding of and passion for the learning management space and geek out on market trends and the competitive landscape
  • Breadth and depth of expertise in product marketing and GTM strategy
  • Proven success influencing peers across sales, product management, marketing, sales, and services
  • Demonstrated success marketing or selling learning content at an enterprise level
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills


Preferred Requirements:


  • Entrepreneurial mindset that has successfully brought new product to market
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience at a SaaS company
  • Have the ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Experience with Salesforce (or other CRMs), Hubspot, and business intelligence software because we play with numbers too
