How will you fit in the big picture?

The position will be responsible for the Oh Henry! brand in the comprehensive management and execution against growth targets. Responsibilities include leading monthly business reviews, developing and executing strategic marketing plans, monitoring brand sales, profitability and expenditures, & leading & participating in cross functional teams to develop and commercialize successful marketing programs.

What will you do?

• Lead the creation of the annual brand plan
• Delivering strong execution of plans by proactively assessing and overcoming obstacles as they arise
• Develop and executing marketing plans, including copy and media plans
• Commercialize new consumer driven innovations in tandem with the full cross functional team
• Present to senior management, sales organization & external buyers to win support for recommendations
• Leading business analysis and reviews
• External and internal assessments of the business, competitors, customers and trends
• Manage DME budget, monthly business cycle forecasting, and ongoing portfolio optimization and rationalization

Minimum Requirements

• Business degree or equivalent experience with a marketing or related major preferred
• Strong verbal and written communicator to wide breadth of audiences including Senior Management
• Project management experience
• Ability to nurture and contribute to innovation and creative solutions
• Superior strategic thinking and planning coupled with outstanding analytical abilities
• Working knowledge of AC Nielsen analytics
• A minimum of 2 years of progressive brand management experience in the Packaged Goods industry or similarly disciplined industry
• Overall business knowledge and holistic general management approach
• Problem solving / innovative solutions experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to be accountable for sales and income results
• Experience with P&Ls/Cost accounting
• Willingness to be a part of a high performing team that works hard and has fun!
