Responsibilities

• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Generating new business leads.
• Analyzing social media metrics and try to observe patterns of behaviour.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.
• Connecting user behaviour with a viable marketing strategy.
• Analyze consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly .

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
• Top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
• An excellent understanding of how to interpret data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and web editing packages.
• Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behaviour.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
• Experience with social media.
• At least two years’ experience as a marketing coordination, content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
• Working knowledge of image editing software like Photoshop.
• A master’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
