Jr. Content Marketing Coordinator

Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP is Canada's largest and most important integrated computer asset disposal and recycling processor. We are committed to the safe and secure reuse of electronics, the responsible recycling of electronics to divert waste from landfills and the recovery of natural resources from obsolete electronics.

The Content Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the marketing function of Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP, assisting the marketing manager in realizing overall internal and external brand and marketing vision for the organization. This isn't your run-of-the-mill marketing job — you'll be an integral part of our team, helping to spread the word about our mission, vision and core values to make electronics waste management better for everyone.

This position is located in Brampton.

Overview:

In this role you will have hands on experience with brand management, social and digital, internal marketing, trade shows, vendor collaboration and graphic designing. Your role will be to ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist marketing manager with administrative duties and operational tasks.
• Measure and report on social media analytics monthly
• Identify, track, and analyze competitors.
• Prepare and report on weekly marketing tasks.
• Create and manage content calendar for regular posting across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Assist in development of marketing campaigns, trade shows, promotions, and other brand activities.
• Design engaging graphic content (static and video) for social media posts.

Internal Marketing

• Assist HR and the Leadership team in developing and executing an internal marketing strategy geared towards greater employee engagement.
• Preparing internal marketing and social communications

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cross-discipline projects at the same time.
• Strong proofreading skills.
• Extremely organized and highly collaborative
• Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Coordinator, Content Creator or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

Software Proficiencies

• Skilled in Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
• Video editing tools like Invideo, Wondershare etc.
