You are a business development maven who is curious and motivated, thriving in entrepreneurial environments where your point of view is appreciated. You love to learn and are eager to work as part of a dynamic B2B marketing team.
As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will work within the client acquisition group, which brings together marketing specialists, business development experts, and project development engineers who collaborate to generate interest in our services and attract and retain clients. Our clients are leaders in commercial real estate, education, healthcare, and industry who are as committed to advancing the energy transition as we are. Focused on results, you will be independent, well organized, and ready to get involved in a variety of projects. You will be engaged with teams in the US and Canada and reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications.
What You Will Do…
  • Contribute to and maintain our library of marketing content
  • Increase the quality of our contact base through list research
  • Contribute to generating demand for our services by coordinating short- and long-term multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Leverage marketing automation (Salesforce and Pardot) for campaigns and events
  • Help event development, organizing our attendance at conferences, seminars, and webinars and contributing to event promotion
  • Assist with follow-up and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives
  • Assist with the preparation of new business proposals, RFPs, reports, and client presentations in English and French
Your profile…
  • Tech proficiency. MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills required. Familiarity with InDesign an asset
  • Interest in emerging technologies and sustainability
  • Strategic and analytical abilities as well as creativity and curiosity
  • Excellent project management skills. Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Research skills
  • University degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, environmental studies, or related discipline combined with relevant experience; internships accepted
  • Impeccable attention to detail with a methodical approach
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and team orientation, with patience, resilience, and flexibility
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot or similar marketing automation tools required
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English to support both US and CA markets
