About the job:

We are seeking a talented and proactive Marketing and Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving our marketing efforts, maintaining a strong social media presence, and providing essential support to our sales and business development teams. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and research skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of social media posting, including content creation and graphics development, to engage our audience and promote our brand across various platforms.
• Assist with grant reporting and related administrative tasks to fulfill grant requirements and maintain compliance.
• Conduct market research to analyze pricing strategies, messaging effectiveness, and sales tactics, providing valuable insights to improve our marketing and sales strategies.
• Write and prepare grant and accelerator applications to secure funding for various projects and initiatives.
• Create templates for common grant and accelerator/incubator questions to streamline the application process and enhance efficiency.
• Support the sales and business development teams by crafting compelling use-cases, conducting research for Request for Proposals (RFPs), and assisting in proposal development.
• Provide general administrative support when necessary to ensure smooth operations within the marketing and sales departments.
• Collaborate with external marketing agencies or vendors on specific projects to optimize marketing campaigns and achieve targeted objectives.
• Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all social media sites to maintain a strong brand identity and drive customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools to create eye-catching visuals for social media posts is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create persuasive grant applications and sales-related materials.
• Familiarity of industry standard marketing tools a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Relevant experience may be considered in place of education.
• Strong research and analytical skills to conduct market research and gather relevant insights.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and handling challenges.
• Familiarity with grant writing processes, grant reporting, and related administrative tasks is an advantage.
