ROLE PROFILE
As a Payroll Administrator, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
·Correspond with the clients using provided company communication channels as necessary to receive information to process payroll.
·Process Payroll and send Pay Previews if the client requires them
·Assembling and providing reports and invoices to clients
·Print and courier cheques to clients when required.
·Distribute pay stubs electronically to clients’ employees
·Keeping up-to-date companies’ and employees’ information on the payroll system
·Fill internal pay and taxes Excel spreadsheet
·Produce EFT files to process banking transactions
·Process and upload Record of Employment to Service Canada as required by clients
·Process clients’ Year End Files and T4
·Stay current with Payroll law changes
·Help customers remain payroll compliant and provide applicable payroll compliance information.
