Project Administrator Jobs

ADGA is hiring a Project Administrator to work on a large-scale cybersecurity program. The Project Administrator will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Provide administrative and technical support of a clerical nature as required to projects;
• Assist project management and data processing professionals Cyber / JCIS project directors,technical users and end users in simple routine tasks;
• Maintain and update relevant project information in manual and/or electronic files which mightinclude such things as project activity schedules, status reports, and correspondence;
• Maintain project documentation and application/system libraries;
• Communicate with project management and data processing professionals, technical usersand end users on administrative matters related to the project.
• Use computer tools, aids, and system control languages on PCs, minis, or mainframes toperformwork; and
• Act as the first point of contact in a "hot-line" situation by accepting incoming calls, loggingcalls, attempting to resolve simple problems and following established procedures for moredifficult problems;
• Track project change requests;

Must Haves:

• The Project Administrator must have aminimum of 5years ofexperience, within the last 10years,tracking project changerequests.
• The Project Administrator must have aminimum of 5years ofexperience, within the last 10years,providing administrative andtechnical support of a clerical nature to projects.
• A degree from a recognizeduniversity in the sciences,engineering, business orinformation management; or
• A diploma (minimum 2 years)from a recognized college inthe sciences, engineering,business or informationmanagement

• The Project Administrator should haveone of the following academic credentials:
  

  • A degree from a recognizeduniversity in the sciences,engineering, business orinformation management; or
    

  • A diploma (minimum 2 years)from a recognized college inthe sciences, engineering,business or informationmanagement
    

• The Project Administrator must have aminimum of 5years ofexperience, within the last 10years,maintaining updates toproject information such as project activity schedules,status reports and correspondence.
• The Project Administrator must have aminimum of 5years ofexperience, within the last 10years, assisting projectmanagers, data processing professionals, technical users,or end users in simple routine process tasks.
