Outbound Sales Specialist Jobs

Harris Industries is looking to Grow our Sales team with an Experienced Account Manager.

Do you have experience selling Security Systems, Structured Cabling, access control, Fire Alarm and Wifi Solutions to Small, Medium and Large Commercial Customers? Do you have a passion for Sales and want to be part of an amazing Team?

The ideal candidate will have amazing Skills in Lead Generation, Sales Process, Project Management and Teamwork.

The Position is a Hybrid position, with a preferred minimum of three days/ week in the office.

The Position is a Base Salary plus Commission with Reimbursements for approved Mileage, Parking, Meals and Entertainment, Cell Phone etc

The Position Reports Directly to the Senior Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Follow up quickly with assigned Inside Sales Leads
• Ensure to maintain a full sales funnel
• Stay up to date with Market trends within Canada
• Develop positive relationship with clients
• Self Generate leads for potential new customers
• Work Closely with the Senior Account Manager to meet Sales Targets

Qualifications

• 5 + Years preferred in the Security Technology Industry
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Proficient in CRM software and Google Office Programs
• Understanding of the Sales Process is a must
• 2+ years Preferred in the Sales Industry
