Job Description
About Spinify: Spinify is a leading SAAS provider of innovative sales gamification and leaderboard software that boosts team performance and encourages a culture of achievement. : We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong track record in outbound cold calling. The SDR will leverage their skills in Apollo and Salesforce to generate leads, create new business opportunities, and contribute to Spinify's growth.
Responsibilities
  • Leverage Salesforce to manage and track interactions with leads, ensuring a seamless transition of qualified leads to our sales team.
  • Implement outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling and personalized communications to improve response rates.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly quotas of generated qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize our sales process and contribute to the overall team's success.
  • Utilize Apollo to efficiently email and call potential customers, targeting companies who have visited our website. Outbound cold calling is a critical part of this role.
Requirements
  • Solid experience with Salesforce CRM software, including tracking leads and sales activities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Apollo for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Experience in outbound cold calling and the ability to handle objections.
  • Proven track record of creating leads and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be a plus.
