Job Description

Role Description:


Onboarding:

·Act as point on all onboarding activity – liaise between client and onboarding managers (all markets)

·Lead the onboarding calendar – lead process to completion within 30 days

·Sustain excitement and client engagement throughout process – keep selling until fully onboarded

·Be point of contact between sale and onboard completion and beyond as necessary

·Proactive relationship management

Sales

·Prospect and drive social content to create new leads and drive top of funnel volumes

·Manage and drive social media content weekly

·Complete demos and sales presentations as needed and act as support to all sales efforts

·Support partner sales channels

Customer success & retention

·Post onboard – be point of contact for client escalations

·Ensure onboarded clients are maximizing revenue by optimizing platform usage

·Monitor usage and identify clients on usage downward trend - work team to create plan to increase usage

·Work to retain all clients – act as first line of defense if client wishes to exit platform


Other functions

·Creative and high energy – always think of ways to optimize

  • Hindi/Tamil Bilingualism a strong asset (India market focus)
  • Fitness and software background is preferred

·Provide platform feedback

·Be prepared to work outside the box – as we all do!

·Build great relationships within the organization and our partners
