Job Description

To help our company move to the next level and enable us to build an even more compelling education experience, we are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator.


In this role you will be providing coordination support to the Customer Success team to enable the successful implementation of Knowledgehook into school districts.



What you will be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:

  • Coordinating the onboarding of Knowledgehook customers, including entering information into CRM platforms
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and best practices
  • Coordinating the use of a Professional Learning platform
  • As a member of a mission driven company, you may sometimes be assigned tasks in areas of business that are outside of their defined role but serve the greater mission of the company.
  • Assisting in facilitating the coordination and support of CS ambassadors
  • Working with Account Managers to support and participate in presentations, and implementation of customer success plans
