Customer Success Coordinator - Rental Extension

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a desire to be part of an early stage company. As a Rental Extension Coordinator you will be able to develop your skills and work with an enthusiastic team.

On a Typical Day, You Will:

• Cross functional team support with service request / break-downs as needed
• Qualify prospective customers over the phone and educate them on why DOZR is right for their business.
• Help customers with general inquiries in a remote / call setting
• Identify customers with existing rentals and contact them in regards to extending their rental date.
• Take pride in helping to calm and comfort customers that are in need of support and action taken
• Manage and prioritize critical to minor issues
• Educate customers on the cost savings options by looking at the possible options based on their needs
• Achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities, pipeline attribution and closed deals.
