POSITION PURPOSE:

We are looking for a Project Manager to ensure that customer and internal initiatives are completed on-time and on-budget. The Project Manager is responsible for building and managing project teams, reporting to Project Sponsors, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycles are central to this position.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, requirements, and develop full scale project plans.
• Provide direction and support to the project team including managing changes to scope and interventions to achieve project goals.
• Along with SMEs, participate and gather details in scoping calls for potential projects.
• Accountable for all internal/external communications ensuring all members/stakeholders are aware of current status throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage resource allocation and timelines to ensure that all projects meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution and consensus among the team members.
• Report on project deliverables, quality controls and progress to all stakeholders.
• Lead the planning and implementation of onboarding projects including coordinating project staff, from kickoff to completion.
• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, NetOps and other teams to build customer relationships and deliver according to established project timelines.

Requirements

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Collaborative and able to thrive within a dynamic, fast moving business.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional organizational skills.
• 3+ years of Project Management Experience.
• Meets deadlines across multiple projects.
• Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, ability to analyze and synthesize data, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders on mission critical projects.
• Experience with managing concurrent projects, teams, and deliverables.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Project Management Institute PMP certification a plus
