Job Description

Beginning as a start-up 9 years ago, Aetonix joined the Trudell Medical Group in 2021 which has enabled us to maximize the opportunity to change the face of Healthcare.Professional health care providers are improving patient care through the aTouchAway mobile platform for remote complex care management.


We are looking for a motivated, creative, and talented Client Onboarding Specialist to join our diverse team.


As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will assist exisitng and new patients in the use of the Aetonix aTouchAway product by providing onboarding and offboarding support.


Specifically, you will focus on:


Patient Onboarding

  • Participate in improving Logistics, Care Pathway onboarding, and kit opening / initial installations
  • Provide remote support over the phone on installations of equipment and completing first vital signs reading manually or using the Care Pathway
  • Improve onboarding by capturing user’s feedback on process and product and inform internal team of findings
  • Work within a team to deliver scripts to communicate with patients, often elderly, on supporting the Aetonix aTouchAway remote monitoring kit opening and initial installation


Patient Offboarding

  • Provide support to end users on Care Pathway final actions, if required, such as closing patient surveys
  • Provide remote support over the phone to end users on preparing kits for return and advise logistic team to proceed
  • Participate in improving logistics for offboarding process
  • Define scripts to communicate with patients on supporting offboarding and returning kits


Documentation/Report

  • Investigate ways to improve the process
  • Document and report back to the team any problems/challenges in executing the onboarding/offboarding calls


What we're looking for:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer/patient facing role
  • Ability to function efficiently in a high pressure, fast paced environment
  • Previous nursing/clinical/teaching experience, an advantage
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with technical applications
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, and planning skills
  • Bilingual English/French, an asset
  • Be friendly, empathetic, patient, and capable of navigating through a stressful environment, often with elderly patients
