5+ years’ experience working in partner enablement or implementation preferably with information technology managed services.

BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, requirements, and develop full scale project plans.

Manage resource allocation and timelines to ensure that all projects meet or exceed customer expectations.

Strong project/program management and process improvement skillset

Evolution and oversight of end-to-end onboarding lifecycle management

Identifying and driving removal of blockers hindering processes and/or employee experience in the onboarding lifecycle

7+ years relevant Human Resources/onboarding experience at a mid- to large-scale global organization

Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills, coupled with an ownership mentality to ensure tasks are seen through to completion.

Partnering with employment legal and appropriate operational teams to ensure Right to Work compliance

Proven teamwork capabilities; strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Experience with transaction processing and data management.

Monitors and triages tickets received via our Case Management System to their respective teams or administrators’ queue in a timely manner.

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

Coordinates the scheduling of orientation sessions and tracks Feedback surveys to better enhance the overall onboarding experience.

Seek opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, and propose recommendations to Managers and Senior Manager, Hire & Onboarding.

Project Management Certification by a reputable organization (i.e. PMI) is preferential.

Effective maintenance and communication of MIS and project metrics. Provide ongoing senior management updates on key projects as required.

Develop and maintain a customized project plan tailored to client’s requirements, outlining deliverables, milestones, critical path items and actions

Effectively manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Partner with the client to escalate and manage critical issues to resolution.

Manage regular client communication for portfolio of projects and serves as escalation point for key client and internal stakeholders
