Media Delivery Operations Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to provide direct support to the budget management function of a key CPG client though the maintenance and reconciliation of campaigns in dentsu’s media buying system.

• Provide additional operational support as needed
• Support clients by updating tactical investment templates and reviewing completed templates for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and communicate process issues and partner with team members and leadership in implementing continuous improvement to make the process more effective.
• Engage and maintain relationships across Media Operations and key partners.
• Support the dentsu billing function by inputting vendor executions into dentsu’s media buying system.
• Steward the compliance function by recording and communicating any issues relating to invoices submitted by vendors. For example: campaign cannot be identified, vendor order is missing, invoice is above approved budget.
• Deliver on-time campaign reconciliation by identifying the campaign and vendor order vendor invoices apply to and by updating dentsu’s media buying system to reflect vendor invoiced actuals.

• Knowledge and proven experience with finance, budgeting and cost control principles
• Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Marketing or in related field
• Experience with contract / audit compliance.
• Previous experience with media systems such as Adtraq or EAS.
• Proven working experience in a media agency is required
• Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
• Relevance work experience in client services or media operations
