We are currently seeking a Media & Influencer Coordinator that will support teams on the admin, process and delivery of earned and paid media and influencer programs.This superstar of organization will be key to helping cool PR programs come to life!
THE ROLE:
- Assist in the coordination of media & influencer events; some travel may be required
- Other duties as required
- Assist account teams in the coordination and administration of media/influencer relations programs; research, building media/influencer lists, media monitoring and tracking trending influencers, and managing project calendars and timelines.
- Project manage paid influencer campaigns - from briefing through contracts to content delivery and analytic reporting. Must be comfortable managing key documents including contracts and budgets.
- Delivery of regular reporting
- Participate in campaign ideation and planning for new and existing clients.
- Working with finance to ensure smooth billing and administration of paid campaigns.
Key Criteria
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in toys, gaming, entertainment and youth a plus
- A leader and a team player
- 1+ year public relations experience, agency experience or post-graduate education in PR or Digital Marketing is required.Previous experience coordinating influencer campaigns is preferred.
- Highly organized, multi-tasker, able to prioritize and move things along quickly
This will be a remote position with occasional in-person team meetings; Toronto area candidates are preferred for ease in participating in team meetings and activities; however, consideration will be given to candidates elsewhere in North America.
