Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in influencer marketing, either in-house or at an agency, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building strong relationships with influencers.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement an effective influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives, target audience, and messaging.

Knowledge of a wide variety of community services, particularly those related to settlement, integration, education and employment.

Working in a role with diverse responsibilities and knowledge base.

Maintain knowledge of emerging best practices for enhancing PPP, including good practice examples, and guidelines through internal and external networks.

A minimum of three-year post-secondary education in Business, Office Administration, Computer Systems or related fields.

Working with databases and student information systems, preferably with Banner, or any relational database in post-secondary education.

Working in an office environment with demonstrated problem-solving skills.

Advises hiring managers about marketing opportunities to recruit qualified staff within IH based on strategies and information from external partners.

Establish a solid working knowledge of food industry donors from farms through to retail

You are donor and customer-focused with a keen eye for improving donor experience and providing feedback on everyday processes and barriers.

Experience working in a client-facing role within the food industry and/or retail is an asset.
