Position Profile
The Account Coordinator will be responsible for oversight of the end-to-end client lifecycle including ongoing account management activities for our clients. The primary mandate of the Account Coordinator is to help GFD’s clients across North America drive top line revenue growth furthering their impacts in the respective communities they serve. The Account Coordinator further drives value by ensuring accurate reporting that informs critical business and client decisions.
What you will do
- Work to understand GFD’s partner’s needs and present relevant fundraising solutions.
- Liaise with Fundraising Product leadership within our Contact Center to support fundraising activities to enhance both clients’ and GFD’s brands and strengthen partnerships.
- Act as a liaison between customer and company. Establish regular points of connection with each client to develop, review and deliver weekly client update reports, ensuring the health of the clients KPIs are on-track and inline with targets.
- Establish, nurture and cultivate strong professional relationships with a diverse portfolio of charity partners.
- Report on campaign performance and prepare campaign Post Mortems
- Operating as the point of contact for client partners on any and all matters specific to Donor Acquisition accounts.
- Analyze data and prepare forecasts to identify key KPIs that help our partners make sound business decisions.

Your Experience
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in a B2B sales, business development or account coordinator role.

- Wordsmith – You possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable presenting in both virtual and live environments.
Your Technical Skills
- Familiarity and proficiency with Google Suite applications and programs.
- Experience with business intelligence software, notably Power BI is an asset
- Strong MS Office skills and familiarity, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
Your Education
- Post secondary diploma or Degree in Business Management, Communications, or related discipline, OR
- Combination of relevant education and work experience
