The Company:
OSL (Outsourced Sales Leadership) was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition.
About the role:
We are seeking a passionate, driven Manager, Quality Operations to lead our organization’s continued pursuit of excellence for of our client Bell Canada as one of their preferred partners OSL Direct, a Bell Authorized Agent. The successful candidate will be accountable for maintaining and improving our team’s Quality Metrics, driving accountability, ethical practices, trust, and consumer satisfaction. Reporting to the Director of Client Services Operations, we are looking for someone with good analytical skills and be able to communicate and present important issues at all levels of management and to our senior leadership team as well as very good problem-solving aptitudes.

What you’ll do:
  • Ensuring project deadlines met and deliverables executed flawlessly.
  • Various other duties and projects as required
  • Develop strategy and manage the successful execution of all Quality focused programs and ensure achievement of Quality Targets
  • Work closely, day to day, with our client Marketing and Operations teams to establish and manage the regional/national scorecards
  • Define Performance management metrics (Quality PPM) & Incentive ideation to support Quality KPIs
  • Develop and provide daily, weekly, monthly performance reporting to internal & external stakeholders
  • Drive National Performance Management (PPM) strategy across all verticals & applications (IntelliHR, Axonify, Quality Reports)
  • Partner with Bell Quality and Corporate Security teams and proactively address and mitigate Quality risks
  • Collaborate and strategize with OSL Sales & Ops Directors to plan execution, target setting, performance management to drive sales integrity
  • Define Quality KPI’s to ensure our sales team maintain a high level of moral and ethical behavior while marketing our client’s products and services door to door
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of all programs

  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
