Operations Manager Jobs

We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales/Operations Manager to join our client's team within the hospitality industry. In this role, you will be responsible for building out a division and retaining current clients and ensuring smooth operations across 3 locations.

PERKS: 3 weeks' vacation, mileage covered, sales bonus, RRSP

*Please note - you must have flexibility to work some weekends for events

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead all functions within the Catering, Events, Culinary and dining divisions
• Ensure strict compliance with Quality Assurance & health and safety
• Business development and client relations
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Responsible for ensuring all corporate standards are met
• Development and coaching team members
• Leading necessary department meetings
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports
• Oversee department team meetings
• Lead and implement new business strategies
• Develop and achieve sales targets
• Develop and monitor KPI’s and implement plans for improvement
• Sales and marketing materials
• Inventory controls, Menu development, Planning

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (mileage will be covered)
• Ability to multi-task
• Must have management experience
• Must be comfortable commuting to 3 GTA locations throughout the week
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have sales experience
• 5+ years in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Must have cafeteria serving experience
• Must have flexibility to work odd weekends when necessary for events
• Must have banquet serving experience
