Green Maples Environmental Inc. is a leading commercial cleaning company specializing in Eco-friendly cleaning solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team in Western Ontario. As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our cleaning services across the region.

Responsibilities:

Multi-Site Operations Management:

• Implement standardized operational policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain consistent service quality across all locations.
• Regularly visit different sites to assess performance, provide guidance to staff and address any operational concerns.
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial cleaning services across various sites in Western Ontario.

Client Relationship Management:

• Foster strong relationships with clients at each site, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique cleaning needs and expectations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to enhance client satisfaction and grow business relationships.
• Collaborate with site staff and supervisor’s to address client concerns, provide updates, and maintain open lines of communication.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, employee engagement, and professional development.
• Lead and supervise the staff across multiple locations, ensuring consistent adherence to company standards and policies.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to maximize their performance and ensure effective supervision of on-site cleaning teams.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

• Follow the company’s evaluation system to monitor performance metrics across all sites, ensuring targets for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction are consistently met.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
• Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proficient in using technology and software systems relevant to operations management.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within the commercial cleaning industry.
• Knowledge of cleaning industry practices, equipment, and techniques, with a focus on Eco-friendly and sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Must have valid driving licence to visits different sites on daily basis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
