What You’ll Do


  • Manage and oversee product sales and inventory management, including sales forecasting and KPI reporting
  • Implement equipment maintenance schedules and oversee repair and maintenance activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Manage and oversee residential septic system design, quotation, installation, pumping and service work
  • Lead and manage a team, including recruitment, performance management, and development


What You Bring


  • Ability to build rapport with the field crew
  • Experience: 3-5 Years experience working and managing a crew in the construction space (wastewater treatment industry strongly preferred)
  • Certification as a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) or Professional Engineer (P. Eng) (considered a strong asset)
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Environmental Engineering (preferred)
  • Effective track record of working closely with customers, inspectors, staff, and managing the overall permitting process
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (considered a plus)
  • Working experience in designing and quoting residential projects
  • Experience in managing sales targets and handling competing priorities
