Generating daily reports as needed by the project and management team.

Coordinating low level inspection activities as discussed and implemented by the Backwoods Energy Services Quality Manager.

Liaising with a specified client representative in regard to quality and quantity of documentation.

Managing a project specific document database.

Serving as point of contact for all documentation submission and receipts for the project.

Compiling a final turnover package documenting project activities

Knowledge of varied technical skills related to job function.

Knowledge of ICH, FDA and relevant agency guidelines and requirements.

Identifying and implementing policies to improve professional capabilities and efficiencies of the group through training, professional development, and mentoring.

Providing regular progress updates and reports and identifying additional resource requirements.

Adhering to BIOVECTRA's Health and Safety Policy as outlined in CP0010 Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Statements of Principle, and Responsibilities.

Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.

Strong knowledge of QA systems, processes and related regulatory requirements (cGMPs)

Manage, support and trend training, as required per local procedures as the Training Administrator,

Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical industry experience (within Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs)

Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)

Experience with software solutions for managing business operations for QA/GMP environments (e.g. SAP, VQMS, etc)

This is a 12-month contract position

Supports in-house education, promotion and awareness programs relating to improving Major Projects quality management strategies and practices.

A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible pipeline related engineering experience, including at least two years of quality management.

Experience with Assessing Company, Engineering Consultants’ and Construction Contractors’ quality management for projects

Assess Company, Engineering Consultants’ and Construction Contractors’ quality management efforts.

Directs and assist in the implementation of quality management systems.

Assists and provides advice regarding the development and management of consultant and contractor quality plans.

Certification as lead auditor or in a special process like NDE, Welding, Heat Treatment, etc. would be considered as an asset.

Minimum of 6 years of related experience in a quality assurance, oversight/surveillance and auditing environment;

Understanding of the design, fabrication, assembly, testing and installation practices in order to assess capabilities of manufacturer's facilities;

Knowledge of inspection to specification, production planning and scheduling, QA, designing, and dealing with people on controversial matters;

Experience in the commercial aspects of contracts, contract law and business administration;

Strong oral and written English-language communication and listening skills to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts;

Support sales, customers, quality, and asset management in resolving parts-related issues.

5+ years’ of quality experience

Experience handling customer complaints, corrective actions, and continuous improvement processes.

Detail-oriented, with proven skills in multiple areas of the distribution center

You will administer the enterprise-wide document management systems and related procedures that allow the organization to capture, store, retrieve and share.

You will support in maintaining the Quality Management System to ensure conformity to standards while ensuring accuracy and integrity.

You will serve as subject matter expert providing oversight and continual improvement of the document and records management system.

You will comply with policies and procedures as specified in the Svante Employee Policy Manual and Quality Management System.

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or equivalent practical experience in the industry.

You have at least two years previous quality assurance experience or any related role will be preferred.

Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry and paperwork

Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering/Technology or equivalent.

Should have excellent written and oral communication skills and capable of creating good relationships internally and externally with our customers.

Implementation of Lafarge Safety Policies, and compliance with government legislation.

Execution of Job Hazard Analyses for QC and Plant Operational Tasks, and implementation of action items

Travel to and from various Concrete plants to provide assistance with batching, material testing, or other operational duties

Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate and strategize with OSL Sales & Ops Directors to plan execution, target setting, performance management to drive sales integrity

Define Performance management metrics (Quality PPM) & Incentive ideation to support Quality KPIs

Drive National Performance Management (PPM) strategy across all verticals & applications (IntelliHR, Axonify, Quality Reports)

Develop strategy and manage the successful execution of all Quality focused programs and ensure achievement of Quality Targets

Work closely, day to day, with our client Marketing and Operations teams to establish and manage the regional/national scorecards

Engage with Suppliers with requirements needed to conduct and complete quality management assessments in a timely fashion.

Quality Management System experience in oil and gas.

Planning and management of opening and closing meetings.

Pipeline and facility construction experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office and Oracle.

Some trade-related experience in welding, pipefitting, pressure vessels, structural steel, pipe spool fabrication and associated site installation activities.

Proven project management skills to ensure improvement initiatives are planned and executed according to established time, budget and other resource constraints.

Knowledge of effective change management strategies and proven success as a change agent.

Expert knowledge and/or advanced certification in process/quality improvement methods and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Experience accessing, synthesizing and leveraging the most current knowledge (research literature, publications) to inform evidence-based decisions and support change and improvement.

Experience with (re)designing and optimizing processes, resource utilization, work flow, and patient /customer experience.

Proven skills in statistics and experimental design and a commitment to learning.

Assist to document the quality instructions and quality reports based on customer/product/material requirement

Knowledge of quality metrics ,ISO and IPC standards and processes

Basic quality tools (7 tools, SPC, etc) Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Handle the quality incidents in production through manufacturing systems.(Rework/EC(Engineering Change)/RMA((Returned Material Authorization)/)/OBA(Out of Box Audit) /Training)

Supports audits to help maintain compliance, particularly for the validation on corrective actions (system/process/product)

Provide production line workflow support (Shop Floor Control System routine activities, Purge process, Trial run,etc.)
