Two (2) to three (3) years' experience working in an analytical capacity in a health services environment;

Experience in evaluation methods an asset.

Knowledge of healthcare data bases an asset.

• Experience in process safety, records management, information management or document control (3-5 years)

• Demonstrated experience in writing and implementing information management standards, procedures, and processes

• Manage equipment & instrument databases, assign equipment & instrument numbers as requested.

• ECMS, ECMM, RM or AIIM certification is a strong asset

• Working Knowledge of petroleum/oil& gas industry; Engineering disciplines, Terminology/industry accepted file types (.dgn .tif, etc)

• Collaborate with technical services, maintenance, and operations functions of the Superior Refinery.

Strong excel skills, familiarity with various formulas (experience with VBA macros or scripting considered assets)

Bachelor’s degree or certificate in a relevant business field, with 3-5 years of experience working in a Data Analyst role

Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP is an asset

Perform complex data analysis that requires critical thinking and report development activities

6+ years relevant experience in Data, Risk management or related field

Excellent skills in preparing professional presentation materials (e.g. Powerpoint) for senior management.

General knowledge of Risk data flows systems and technology, ability to challenge and support global Risk, CDO and Technology team

Experience in a data governance program in the financial services industry is preferred.

Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Completion of post-secondary education in statistics or related field of study OR equivalent combination of experience and post-secondary education

Strong computer skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, etc.

Design the conceptual, logical, and physical data models necessary to support the analytic data requirements for Operations reporting needs

Create reports & data visualizations to meet business requirements/specifications, including for senior leadership

Intermediate knowledge of Oracle or Microsoft SQL, and Operations systems (e.g. WMS, ERP or F&R)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (creating dashboards and reports)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
