Manager, Marketing Campaigns
The Manager, Marketing Campaigns is an exciting leadership opportunity that will continue the evolution of our well-established and premium niche brand at BlueShore Financial. This integral position collaborates with a team of marketing specialists to support initiatives such as brand & product campaigns, lead generation, and content marketing. This role contributes to the clear articulation and consistent positioning of BlueShore Financial's brand and ensures the organization consistently presents a differentiated, premium brand image to defined target markets and communities.

Key responsibilities of this role are:
- Executes on content marketing strategy and related communications (including e-newsletters) strategies for both prospective and existing clients
- Oversees in-branch retail marketing experience including branch merchandising and collateral, and programs such as Arts in View artist collaboration, to advance and evolve the premium experience in all locations and support business goals across channels
- Uses research, data, insights & analysis to inform campaign and content strategy creation, and optimization of activities
- Ensures the required internal control standards, including adherence to audit, regulatory and compliance policies
- Develops and manages annual content calendar and support key messaging strategy for campaigns, across key segments, themes, products and services
- Responsible for providing overall planning & execution on key strategic and tactical integrated campaigns (including annual brand campaign and Enterprise Wide Projects), promotional plans and programs to support business strategy across traditional and digital tactics
- Manages direct reports; participates in the recruitment and selection of new employees; develop goals; evaluates employee performance using performance management system; initiate salary reviews as required; recognize and reward employees; take corrective action as required
- Champions best practices for campaign planning, project management, processes & tools to improve team collaboration
Qualifications and Experience
- People leadership experience
- Demonstrated skills in planning, developing, executing and measuring integrated omni-channel marketing campaigns
- 6-8 years relevant experience in broad spectrum of marketing, including brand and communications disciplines
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, luxury products, hospitality or ad agency marketing considered an asset
- Experience in using business intelligence and analytic solutions to support campaigns
- University Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent post-secondary
Pay Transparency
Pay transparency is an important characteristic of our recruitment process and overall BlueShore culture which supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.
The target range of this role is $95,000 - $120,000/year, plus competitive variable performance bonus. Employment offers are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
