Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and identify opportunities for improving processes or services to generate efficiencies or improve productivities.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally to ensure Global Onsite Operation’s high service standards are consistently maintained
  • Contribute to the growth and development of Global Onsite Operation team by providing hands-on leadership, management, and support to the Team Leads and team members across Americas, APAC and EMEA.
  • Stay current with the ongoing responsibilities of the respective Team Leads and all operational and infrastructure related initiatives and projects.
  • Assist the team with complex problem solving in technical and/or service-related areas; advise on complex or escalated cases; attend client calls; troubleshoot and report.
  • Responsible for the organizational development of department, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with the Global Infrastructure Director to build and deliver on an evolving roadmap for the Global Onsite Operation team.
  • Responsible for nurturing team bonding and team culture across sub-teams.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to communicate (verbally and in written form) and effectively engage with multi-tier global infrastructure teams.
  • Demonstrated track record at managing multiple and competing priorities within a multi-disciplinary global team.
  • The ability to simplify problems and synthesize related content into succinct and clear materials.
  • The ability to travel within Americas, APAC and EMEA, as necessary.
  • 10+ years of management experiences with 5+ years of managing multicultural global team.
  • Excellent technical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent IT discipline.
  • Experience with global project delivery, including infrastructure and application support related.
