Job Description

We are looking for IT support Analyst - middleware for an enterprise scale client in Greater Toronto Area, Canada for an opportunity to work in state of the art, cutting edge technology environment.


Responsibilities


  • Support to deploy monitoring agents to monitor, administrate, triage & escalate issues primarily around Middleware Application infrastructure (Enterprise Service Bus)
  • Support Web Middleware Application infrastructure on Unix/Linux on-prem and cloud
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, SOAP, and RESTful services testing.
  • 3+ years managing Aurea CX Messenger, Web-logic, WebSphere, or any Enterprise Service Bus
  • Scripting or programming skills in one or more of the following: Unix Shell(s), ANT, Jython/Python, Perl, Java, PowerShell
  • Extensive Working Knowledge on a tool like AppDynamics, Splunk
  • Expertise in Java, SQL, and SOA framework
  • 3+ years experience on UNIX (Solaris/AIX/Linux)


Good to Have:

  • Effectively troubleshoot problems to root cause, including deep dive analysis of known security vulnerabilities
  • Deploy releases in multiple environments including production (experience deploying using Jenkins is required)
  • Experience in Engaging with different stakeholders, internal and external service providers, and SMEs as needed to help track and resolve incidents
  • Understanding of network configurations and how to trace the traffic flow
