Onsite It Support Specialist

Description
This is a client-facing technology specialist role, with a focus on servicing clients in the Vancouver area. The work will primarily be done on-site in downtown Vancouver. On some days you’ll even be visiting client sites, and some days you’ll be at the Vancouver office working with the other members of your team. So when you can’t solve a problem on your own, you will have a clear escalation path to get things resolved and keep your clients happy!
As you can imagine, a big part of this role will focus on Microsoft-centric technologies to keep corporate clients running smoothly - Windows, Exchange and Active Directory and Office 365 are always at the top of the list. Depending on the client setup, there may also be work on networking and storage, and even some server-side work related to virtualization and server configuration. Needless to say, there will never be a shortage of work -- or variety.
This is a full-time position that includes a competitive base salary, extended health and dental benefits, and paid vacation.
