It Business Analyst / Entry Level (Remote)

We are a fast-growing IT solutions provider looking for an entry-level IT Business Analyst to join our team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing data, and designing solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities:

• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to develop insights and recommendations
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications that outline proposed solutions
• Develop and deliver training to end-users to ensure they are able to effectively use new systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the solutions we provide are innovative and cutting-edge

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Knowledge of SQL, database design, and data modeling
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions
