Onsite Manager Jobs

Manpower has an exciting opportunity to work onsite with one of our clients, a multinational clothing company.

Are you a professional that is highly motivated, self-directed and has a passion for customer service? Are you able to build and nurture relationships? If you are saying yes, then we have the job for you. We are looking for an onsite Manager to join our team!

The Primary Responsibilities For An On-site Manager Are

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Anticipate needs of the client.
• Customize and enhance recruiting, training, recognition and retention programs to ensure optimum customer service.
• Monitor and address personnel issues and concerns quickly and effectively.
• Implement our orientation program for our personnel, which incorporates client policies and procedures.
• Manage the staffing needs of our client while working with dedicated recruiters.
• Manage temporary staffing needs of the client while working in conjunction with our recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or at supervisory level;
• Team player who is highly service oriented, autonomous, patient and flexible;
• Experience in the clothing industry is considered an asset;
• 3 to 5 years as a Staffing Specialist, Recruiter or equivalent;
• Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment and possess strong communication skills.
