About This Team
Ensure delivery of training, development, and onboarding programs for Guest Support enabling learning through the most effective & consumable means using the right method/channel, for the right audience, at the right time through the most effective & consumable means. The Lead, Guest Support Learning and Leadership leads, develops, manages, and recruits a learning team. The Lead oversees the delivery of functional training and development in alignment with strategic business priorities. Overseeing curriculum, ensures it is localized, integrated, and up-to-date, utilizing innovative delivery techniques and modalities to maximize skill acquisition and knowledge retention to measure and monitor training effectiveness.
A day in the life
  • Work strategically with Guest Support WFM, Operations, and Talent Acquisition Team to close all workforce gaps.
  • Oversee the implementation strategies and successful delivery of guest support training programs.
  • Responsible for consulting with the Learning + Leadership SSC, Guest Support, and guest support leaders to ensure consistency and successful execution of lululemon training initiatives.
  • Oversee lululemonU and other learning management software to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Partner with the design team in developing learning evaluation strategies, measuring and monitoring training effectiveness while overseeing and collecting findings to inform additional design evolutions.
  • Completes other duties and projects as assigned, such as the facilitation of guest support learning and leadership programs.
  • Oversees the training delivery strategies of business initiatives and strategic priorities for Guest support to enable delivery through the most effective & consumable means using the correct method/channel.
  • Responsible for providing ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to the team, including managing team performance through performance reviews and performance improvement plans.
  • Lead and manage a team across multiple locations and remotely who work cross-functionally to assess learning needs, create delivery strategies, facilitate learning, and evaluate the success of training, enabling learners to succeed.
  • Update and maintain training programs, ensuring critical knowledge transfer and sustained skill development.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in training, education and/or delivery.
  • Ability to create a variety of strategic learning solutions based on need.
  • Experience delivering learning in contact centers an asset.
  • Experience and understanding of adult learning principles, learning design and various delivery methods.
  • BA or certificate in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior or Learning and Development.
  • Knowledge of contemporary practices in adult learning theory and educational curriculum development.
  • Experience in high growth global organization.
