Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and storage systems to ensure their optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems related to servers, databases, networks, and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical manuals and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, backups, and system upgrade
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve escalated issues and provide timely resolutions to end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other hardware.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and topologies.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong computer and web-based problem-solving skills
- Experience with IT support ticketing systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on Tier 3 support.
