Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and storage systems to ensure their optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems related to servers, databases, networks, and applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including technical manuals and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, backups, and system upgrade
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve escalated issues and provide timely resolutions to end-users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other hardware.


Job Requirements:

  • Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and topologies.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong computer and web-based problem-solving skills
  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on Tier 3 support.
