Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders.
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and provide regular status updates to the project team and management.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and compile project requirements and deliverables.
Monitor and control project budgets, including tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and reconciling discrepancies.
Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
Support the project team in resolving conflicts and promoting effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Proficient in using project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
Previous experience in a similar industry or domain.
