About This Team
The Global Product Technology (GPT) organization delivers solutions for product innovation, design, development, merchandising and planning. GPT also maintains core enterprise data and digital assets, enabling end-to-end processes for product life cycle management, assortment planning, and product journey from concept to shelf. The Visualization team is responsible for solutions that optimize and lift productivity and accelerate decision making for design and merchandising. We are building an interactive platform hub for immersive experiences, design collaboration, visuals on-demand, visual assortment, and virtual store merchandising. We are organized by functional capability, supported by project leadership, and specialized teams for environment configuration and support, Devops, and operations. We’re an Agile team using of SAFe Scrum, and we collaborate widely across the organization to intake, analyze, estimate and write features, epics and stories onto our backlog.
A Day In The Life
You are a strong technical project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage through ambiguity and complexity, create new processes, and simultaneously support multiple projects impacting a growing global organization. This is a leadership role assigned as primary to one work stream, with additional responsibility to provide oversight and support to analysts in all streams and is a primary point of contact for technology and business stakeholders. You are organized, curious, a strong facilitator, and know how to get the right people involved at the right time to solve problems. You value managing risks and dependencies to ensure our teams are working in the most optimal way to deliver value as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities

• Creating the implementation approach to transition a test/pilot into day-to-day operations
• Providing options and impacts to cross-functional stakeholders and decision makers with clear recommendations
• Maintaining strong relationships with cross functional partners
• Ensuring new standards and processes are understood and incorporated into project execution
• Leading change management, communication plans and support with processes design.
• Creating and maintaining technical project plans
• Consistently developing and evolving processes
• Liaising with other teams to ensure successful delivery of program releases and management of cross-functional dependencies and sequencing
• Leading highly cross-functional working groups to propel work forward
• Ownership of the full project life cycle
• Planning, maintenance, and risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Ability to successfully manage teams with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization
• Desired: Agile certifications (ACP, CSM, CSPO, CSP, CDAP, PSM/PSPO, SAFe)
• Preferred: Retail apparel experience
• At least 12 months of work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master
• 3+ years project management experience
• Proven experience with enterprise systems and application implementation
• Demonstrated experience of technology tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with managing global teams
• Desired: Working experience with 3D, Product Visualization, MDM, DAM systems
• 5+ years in Technology
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Desired: Experience with Integrations, Kafka & cloud technologies mainly AWS
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. A bonus will be work experience with SAFe
