The Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is motivated to continuously learn and exhibits the pillars of our culture. Your ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and place our value together with our partners will be critical to success.


We are looking for an individual who can provide expertise for reclamation programs throughout British Columbia.


Responsibilities

  • Supervision and mentorship to intermediate and junior staff in operational excellence and client obsession.
  • Professional sign off of COR Part 2
  • Collaborating with team to execute reclamation projects in NE BC.
  • Create Reclamation work plans and Reclamation reporting/review as a professional.
  • Provide technical expertise for reclamation programs.
  • Stage 1 Environmental Assessment review.
  • Nurturing relationships with field personnel and service providers.
  • Fostering a culture committed to HSE excellence every day.
  • Set and maintain project schedules and budgets, including project financial forecasting; makes decisions with respect to overall technical execution of the project.
  • Working directly with clients to help meet their reclamation objectives.


Qualifications

  • Member of a professional organization, registered or ability to register in BC.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and technical writing skills.
  • Driven by obsession of excellence and deep sense of accountability.
  • Commitment to incremental improvements everyday.
  • Ability to inspire others.
  • Class 5 drivers license or equivalent.
  • Emphasis on team accomplishments over individual success.
  • A thorough understanding of reclamation regulations and processes for oil and gas facilities in British Columbia.
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in science or land reclamation.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Minimum 6 years of site reclamation experience, preferably in British Columbia.
  • Demonstrated cost control processes.
  • Polished conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Strong admiration of all things Swayze.
