Job description
Seeking a self-motivated and competent full-time Sales Representative to join our team. Your role will be to sell our portfolio of products and services directly to Small and mid-size Business customers, achieving our quarterly and annual sales quotas. By applying best-in-class sales skills, you will work with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that will drive customer satisfaction and build long-term brand loyalty.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Selling the information technology and information security products and services portfolio, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, networking, wireless, servers, storage, and security products and services to small and mid-size business customers.
•Building, growing, and maintaining positive relationships with customers while driving revenue and margin generation.
•Executing inbound/outbound calls and emails with the goal of selling to new prospects and/or upgrading existing customers' products and services.
•Implementing a consistent approach to identifying, evaluating, and recommending solutions based on customer needs.
•Collaborating with the extended team as necessary to close high-complexity sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Two-year University/ College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
•2+ years of information technology or information security sales experience with a proven track record of success. (Preference will be given to those who worked for a VAR, DMR, MSP, or MSSP)
•Demonstrated ability to move leads through the entire sales process independently.
•Ability to work in a high-velocity, high-performance environment where one’s growth potential is driven by one’s abilities and attitude.
•Solution selling experience, including an understanding of Small Business decision-making and procurement.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•The ability to work independently or collaboratively with a high level of integrity.
•General knowledge of the IT industry and ability to learn and retain the knowledge of our product portfolio and solutions.
•Proficiency with MS Office suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM tools/systems (ex. Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
•Experience selling in a Small Business sales organization preferred.
•French and English verbal and written skills preferred.
