Experience & Qualifications


  • Excellent phone and communication skills, including proficiency with Zoom
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Familiarity with the basic functionality of major social media apps (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, either working for yourself or with a reputable company.

Tasks & Responsibilities


  • Conduct interviews with candidates over the phone (training and scripts provided)
  • Participate in weekly training and development sessions via Zoom.
  • Learn and implement lead-generation techniques through social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with guidance from our expert team
  • Arrange online sessions through follow-up appointments
  • Use a variety of marketing methods to build a successful online presence and grow your personal brand
  • Develop marketing strategies across various platforms
  • Mentor and support team members with training
