A Day In The Life
Based in your SSC hub, in the hybrid workplace program, you are the connector between senior leadership and departmental team needs. You are principle scheduler, timekeeper, travel support, planner and coordinator to a member or members of the lululemon Executive Team. You act as a partner to the business that each executive leads and ensures that business processes, team connection, and operational efficiency are achieved.
  • Delegates and follows up on action items that fall within realm of responsibility.
  • Maintains an easy to use filing system for archived documents and computer files.
  • Undertakes special assignments and projects as needed.
  • Maintaining professional finances including: all expenses, tracking of finances, paying invoices in a timely manner and keeping all spreadsheets up to date.
  • Heavy calendaring: You will be the point of contact for internal & external requests as well as being responsible for organizing travel itineraries, coordinating meetings, and preparing briefing notes and minutes of meetings.
  • Onboarding of new executives as needed.
  • Works closely with cross functional partners such as P&C, L&L, FP&A and executive peer partners for business continuity
  • Composes and prepares documents for signature. Coordinates the preparation of corporate documents, as requested.
  • Opens, distributes and follows-up on standard incoming mail. Screens and directs incoming calls and some emails and helps to file.
  • Provides confidential support and maintains confidential personal information.
  • Coordination and execution of events.
Qualifications
  • Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • 3-5 years’ experience or equivalent in an administrative and or executive support level capacity with increasing responsibilities.
  • Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
  • Experience working with a publicly traded company.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise tact, sound judgment and prioritization.
